A healthy lifestyle and getting fit sounds the ideal but often life gets in the way of achieving this and we probably have more important priorities to fit in first!
From an early age, I have always enjoyed the reward exercise brings, from the 80's Jane Fonda workouts, aerobics, thumping the gym to finding Zumba and so on. One thing I have found is making it regular - this has to be what YOU enjoy, it doesn't matter if you decide an exercise style isn't for you or you are getting bored - change it, try something else you might enjoy.
Making some time for yourself to re-balance your mind is an important element for a healthy body & soul. It can be very difficult squeezing in regular exercise, this website offers you the opportunity to join Core Strength sessions and Cardio Dance-Fitness classes which are simple to book online or just come along if you are located nearby.
I’ve been running classes for many years helping people get motivated, have fun, take time-out and benefit from the reward that exercise brings whilst meeting some lovely people.
