TERMS & CONDITIONS GENERAL 2 Core Fitness is an online platform that provides users to live workouts, pre-recorded workouts & bookings. The live classes are streamed via the internet. By entering any 2 Core Fitness booking, class or otherwise you agree that you have completed the necessary medical questions located on the booking registration form & have read and understood the medical disclaimer. Some exercises can be physically demanding and it is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional beforehand if you deem it appropriate. In additon, you waiver any claims that may arise out of your participation in any of the 2 Core Fitness classes. By completing the bookings registration form, you are accepting these terms. All content on the website is for information purposes only and is prohibited from being distributed other than by 2 Core Fitness. From time to time, some terms & conditions may be ammended, it is your responsibility to check these. Online classes are delivered through Zoom.com. As this is used via the internet, you accept that software and hardware is never wholly free of technical issues. Quality of streamed classes maybe affected by bandwith and other factors in your area, 2 Core Fitness offers no warranties for the quality of the stream. Bookings are made via the website www.2corefitness.co.uk, you can book and pay per class or a bundle. You will receive a confirmation email with the class login details for that particular class. Customers must book onto a class via the website no later than 15 minutes before the class is due to start otherwise you may fail to enter on time. This includes failing to communicate your identity if asked. Customers must join a class by entering in to the Zoom 'waiting room' 5 minutes prior to the time shown to enable the instructor time to let participitants into the class. Lateness may forfeit entry and no refund given. 2 Core Fitness may record classes, individuals are not recorded unless permission given. Customers are muted during class. During a period of instructor absence, recordings maybe offered as a substitute if purchased. In the instance of cancelling a class due to unforseen circumsatnces, again you will be provided with a pre-recorded video if needed. If this is not suitable, a rescheduled credit or refund will be offered. You must be 18 years or over to attend online classes. By completing the booking form request, you are agreeing and accepting all the Terms & Conditions within this agreement this becoming legallly binding. Every customer must register separately to attend any live stream class, these must be purchased prior to attending. Classes are not transfereable to another person. Non-attendance of a class results in losing the payment made unless cancelled 24 hours beforehand, please see cancellation policy for details. Only you as the named person on the booking to enter the online class. You agree to receive communications from 2 Core Fitness via electronic means, we will communicate via email & Zoom unless otherwise notified for consent. You are prohibited to modify, dowload, copy, exploit, resell any content supplied by 2 Core Fitness, inlcuding the distribution of any login details. All materials and contents, except for images provided by third parties, on the website are copyrighted belonging to Lisa Allday and 2 Core Fitness. All data, photographs, videos, messages or other data materials, posted privately or publicly are the sole responsibility of the person who the content of this data originated which means you are responsible entirely for the content you post on email or via 2 Core Fitness social media outlets. You agree to use 2 Core Fitness's website and online classes for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from acting in any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable way that would be considered a criminal offence or cause offence to others. 2 Core Fitness reserves the right to remove any such content, remove users from classes or prohibit the users from attending clases in the future. All terms are governed by English law has exclusive jurisdiction
